Leadership Masterclass

While they may have worked hard, even completed multiple degrees, and have years of relevant experience, they are left wondering what does it really take to level up their leadership?

In October 2023, Women for Change held the inaugural Level Up Leadership Masterclass, to address this very topic.

This sell-out event featured inspiring keynotes from Sam Mostyn AO and Kristin Stubbins AM. Amanda MacLean, CEO of the Gravitas Project, led the highly interactive ‘Mastering Influence and Impact’ skills development workshop.

With practical demonstrations, live coaching, real career stories, and a panel of Australia’s leading businesswomen, the Masterclass was all about developing women to be confident leaders and to deal with even the most complex and challenging situations with confidence, intelligence and gravitas.

The funds raised from ticket sales went towards supporting our tertiary education programs for young disadvantaged women in India, Nepal and Kenya, driving positive and ongoing change for these women, their families and communities.
