Mentor young talent

It can sometimes be difficult for young women to understand how to prepare for an interview, how to dress or present themselves and how to navigate the early stages of their career and professional life. Women for Change provides mentorship and support both locally in India and from Australia via video conference to facilitate this.

As part of the key talent program developed in partnership with SPRJK Trust, Women for Change volunteers (based in Australia) have helped mentor young women personally and professionally as they compete for internships and graduate roles in a highly competitive environment.

About the SPRJK Mentoring Program

The SPRJK Mentoring Program connects Indian national volunteers with college students in their final year of their bachelor’s degree to support their career development. The program runs for a 12-month period commencing December of each year and requires mentor and mentee pairs to meet at least 6 times during the mentoring period. Mentors and students are matched according to study area or degree, career interests and experience.

If you are interested in mentoring or want to understand more about the program, please email info@womenforchange.org.au and we will be in touch with further information.
