Before launching Nightjar in 2017, Christine spent five years as Founder and Executive Producer of Drifter, where she managed all of Drifter’s client relationships, and saw every project from inception to completion. She prides herself on managing engaged and high-performing teams who are crucial to the success of the business and is a champion of process to achieve optimum outcomes.

Her role as Managing Director at Nightjar allows her to use these skills every day to deliver best in class digital experiences for Nightjar’s partners, and bring them along for the journey. Nightjar’s ongoing partnership with Destination NSW is a shining example of this, having recently won the coveted AMY Award for Collaboration.

She also ensures Nightjar is a sustainable, responsible business, leading the B-Corp certification process. A champion of internal culture, Christine spearheads Nightjar’s learning and development programs and makes sure every voice is heard and every team member’s contribution is valued.

Christine was deeply moved by Dr Kakenya to join Women for Change. Hearing Dr Kakenya share real stories about the impact of helping young girls and women by providing access to tertiary education was incredibly inspiring. Rather than simply be inspired, she raised her hand to contribute more and has continued to be moved to action to improve the lives of girls and women around the world.
