Top corporate women took time out of their busy schedules to meet to consider what it takes to be a successful woman in business as part of International Women’s Day celebrations.

This event was facilitated by David Wakeley, an experienced leadership coach and former CEO who generously gave his time and energy. Kakenya gave a keynote address while Linet was an active participant. The workshop looked at a series of leadership issues such as having tough conversations.

Women for Change is grateful to Accor, and specifically the Pullman Hyde Park Sydney Hotel for providing the wonderful venue for this event and accommodation for Dr Ntaiya throughout her stay in Sydney.
