Three young Maasai women are on their way to Australia to commence their university scholarships. Thanks to the support from Western Sydney University, the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Sydney, the top three students from the first graduating class of Kakenya’s Center of Excellence will be commencing scholarships in mid-2018.

Sharon, Linet and Magdalene will be living on campus, thanks to the support of Urbanest and Campus Living. They will be studying Liberal Arts/Sciences, health sciences and IT. We are excited to welcome them to Sydney!

Our Sydney scholars Sharon and Linet begin their studies at UTS and WSU in June.
