Preeti Inchody

Preeti Inchody is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura based in Sydney and leads the transactions advisory business in Australia. Preeti has 20+ years of experience across corporate finance and capital markets. For more than 10 years, Preeti has successfully advised clients on M&A transactions and corporate finance matters in Australia and New Zealand.

Raised in Mumbai, India, Preeti started her career with Kotak Group, one of India’s largest financial conglomerates, and was a Deputy Vice President in the capital markets division before moving to Australia where she worked for FTI Consulting before joining Ankura.

Preeti is an active champion for diversity, mental health and integration of first generation immigrants into the society.
