Louisa Schwartz
General Manager
Louisa joined WFC in May 2023 to support the Committee to deliver their goals. She has a strong background in education, starting her career as an early childhood teacher and then working in the NSW government in policy, licensing and regulations of early childhood care and education. Her career includes a decade of lecturing in early childhood at Macquarie University in the Bachelor of Education program and mentoring several cohorts of Indigenous students (from rural and remote areas) through their teaching degrees. Most recently Louisa has worked as a School Registrar and worked in the Trusts & Foundations area of the Sydney Childrens Hospitals Foundation.
