Kristin Stubbins is Strategy & Transformation Leader on the Executive Board at PwC having recently led lead the firm through a challenging and complex period as Acting CEO.
Prior, Kristin led the Assurance business at PwC providing assurance and advisory services to clients across the private and public sector. She has been an adviser to some of Australia’s largest companies and government agencies, and the lead audit signing partner on some of PwC’s largest ASX listed clients.
Kristin is passionate about innovation. She plays a leading role as a “bridge” between new innovative approaches within PwC and more traditional service approaches. This involves understanding the needs of large clients and considering the right technologies and approaches to deliver process, reporting and assurance outcomes.
In January 2023 Kristin was awarded an AM – Member of the Order of Australia, for significant services to the financial sector, women and the community.
Kristin’s community activities are broad and include co-Chair of Women for Change and Board Membership for Taronga Zoo. Until recently she led the creation of Innowell, a new venture between PwC and the University of Sydney to commercialise technology-enabled mental health solutions.
