International Education Scholars Sydney

The 3 top graduates from the first graduating class from Kakenya’s Center for Excellence, were the recipients of tertiary scholarships generously provided by three of Australia’s top universities.

Women for Change are very grateful for the generous support of University of Sydney, Western Sydney University, UTS, Urbanest, Campus Living Villages and Qantas for making it possible for three students to have this life changing experience here in Sydney, Australia.

The culture shock has been huge. None of them had used a computer before coming here. But their goals are undiminished, with one student setting her sights on being first female President of Kenya.
